Actresses usually tend to have a shorter time period of their career to appear in lead roles compared to male actors. There are many senior actors who are still appearing in lead roles with new faces of showbiz industry on the other hand the actresses who were playing lead roles with them are now being cast for other roles.
Faysal Quraishi is the one who fits in this scenario. He’s still making appearances with junior artists in lead roles whereas the Actresses like Sunita Marshal, Sawera Nadeem, and others are seen portraying in much less celebrated roles. Talking about the fact during an interview the Fitoor star stated about the reasons behind it. Faysal is of the view that there are certain aspects that leads the actresses to get their attention diverted from their career.
The first and foremost thing is marriage, as after getting married and having kids female artists get divided between their career and kid’s responsibilities. He has seen several actresses who are always on the phone during the shoot to have a look at their kids and instruct caretakers. Talking about Iqra Aziz he asserted that since the birth of her son the actress has stepped back from working in industry and he even asked Iqra about this matter and she also asserted that having kids obviously calls for serious responsibilities. Faysal Quraishi also acknowledged the efforts and struggles that working women go through for managing her career and family side by side.
