Recently the actress Alizeh Shah has caught in a leaked video controversy. This video created a buzz on social media in which the stunning actress was spotted smoking in a car with her brother. The video spread like a wildfire and In all this pretext the actress has decided to take legal action against the culprits. She has eventually sought the help of FIA Cyber wing and had filed a complaint against an unknown social media user who did viral her private video. This action is considered to be an electronic crime.
Imran Riaz, The director of FIA cybercrime has posted a story on Instagram and has mentioned that to take pictures of some one, making videos and posting or uploading them on social media platforms without concern Peron’s consent is a crime and comes under the act of 2016. The culprits have to be imprisoned for about three years or fined 10 Lacs in other conditions the suspect may have been punished with these two punishments at the same time.
