Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is the chairperson of the Pakistan Peoples Party. He is the son of former Prime Minister of Pakistan late Benazir Bhutto and former President Asif Ali Zardari. He is a young and powerful politician from the Bhutto and Zardari family.
Bilawal was appointed as a chairman of PPP on 30th December 2007, at the age of 19. On that occasion, he recalled his martyred mother’s words that democracy is the best revenge. On 13 August 2018, he finally became a member of National Assembly of Pakistan. On that occasion, he delivered his maiden speech in the parliament which was praised by journalists, politicians, and people of country.
The young leader is famous among the general public for his speeches due to his unique way of deliverance. Recently, a speech of him on the occasion of the long march in Islamabad grabs the attention of audience because of Bilawal’s slip of tongue as he says ‘Kanpain taang rahi hain’ instead of ‘Tangain kanp rahi hain’. This line was made viral on social media.
Now he says in his latest interview with popular host Hamid Mir that I now own my statement and he also gave justification for it. Bilawal says that firstly the government when heard of our march then their legs were trembling initially and soon they lower the prices of goods but when we reached Islamabad for the march then their ‘Kanpain Tangnay’ scene starts. He also trolls Prime Minister Imran Khan in his interview. Have a look!
