Malala Yousafzai or Malala is a Pakistani activist for female education and a Noble Peace Prize laureate. She is the World’s youngest Noble Peace Prize laureate and second Pakistani to ever receive a Nobel Prize. Malala is known for human rights advocacy, especially the education of women and children in her native land, Swat Valley in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.


On 9th October 2012, while on a bus in the Swat district, Malala and two other girls were shot by a Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan gunman. She was targeted in accordance with a retaliation for her activism. After her recovery, she became a prominent activist for the right to education.

Considering Quaid e Azam and Benazir Bhutto as her role models, she was particularly inspired by her father’s thoughts and humanitarian work. Even though she was fighting for women’s rights as well as children’s rights, but she never describes herself as a feminist. On 9th November 2021, Yousafzai married Asser Malik and announced it as the most precious day in her life. The nikkah anniversary was a small event at home in Birmingham.


Asser Malik is a general manager with the Pakistan Cricket Board. Recently, the couple jet off for vacations in Turkey and Dubai. The glimpses seem pleasant to the eyes. The couple poses together and are setting the perfect picture goals.
