Aamir Liaquat is a Pakistani politician, columnist, television host, and comedian. He belongs to PTI—Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf. He assumed office on 13th August 2018. Before becoming a member of the National Assembly in 2018, he previously also remains as MNA from 2002 to 2007.
Aamir Liaquat is such a controversial personality in Pakistan. He is the son of Sheikh Liaquat Hussain, who was a politician, and columnist Mehmooda Sultana, who was a columnist. He recently married to an 18 years old girl Syeda Dania Shah in 2022. Dania is the third wife of him. Recently, both of them went to the Prime Minister’s House to meet Imran Khan.
Recently, all the political parties of Pakistan started a no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan. On 3rd of April, the results of the motion were going to be released after voting. The no-confidence motion was rejected by the Deputy Speaker National Assembly and no voting took place.
Soon after the news of dismissal, Aamir Liaquat announces to quit Tehreek-e-Insaaf. He wrote this on his Twitter account that after all the drama, he wants to confess that all the steps and sayings of the opposition parties were quite right. So, he announces to quit and also added that whoever has deviated from the constitution will be decided by the court. He says this because many people are of the view as Imran Khan had taken a step now against the constitution of Pakistan, so now his members will disown him. Have a look!
