Nabeel Qureshi, a filmmaker, reported that he and his film crew were attacked by a mob at Martin Road, Jamshed Quarters in PIB Colony, Karachi. Other cast members including Hira Mani, Salman Saqib aka (Mani), and Gul-e-Rana were also robbed of their mobile phones, wallets, and filming equipment.
On Monday night, Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad filmmaker took to Twitter to report that a mob had attacked the cast and crew of a shoot. The mob broke into the house where approximately 100 people were filming and subjected the female actors and women to harassment. The crew was also beaten and their mobile phones and equipment were stolen.

Mahira Khan expressed disbelief and frustration, demanding to know who was accountable for the situation. In response, the filmmaker stated that he too was unable to believe it and was still traumatized by the events that took place on the set of his upcoming drama.

Qureshi said that there were children aged 6 to 7 years on the set and Hara repeatedly asked them to behave through the door. However, they fail to listen and end up breaking down the door, causing great pain.
On the same night, Hira posted on Instagram regarding the unfortunate event she experienced and expressed her hope that no one would have to go through a similar situation. She expressed gratitude for her team members who fought to protect them and are currently receiving medical treatment in the hospital.
Hira requested that her followers take a moment to pray for the crew’s prompt recovery.
Child artist Khushi Maheen, who worked in the film, also shared the story on Instagram and said that some people from the team have been injured, please pray for them.
