Earlier today, there was a burglary at the residence of Pakistani cricket player Mohammad Hafeez, during which the perpetrators made away with millions of foreign currency.

As per the authorities, the burglars gained entry into Hafeez’s house sometime between Sunday and Monday night.

At the time of the burglary, Hafeez was occupied with the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and was not present at home, along with his children and wife. Hafeez’s wife was in Islamabad for some errands.

A report was filed by the uncle of the cricketer’s wife at the Defense Police Station regarding the incident. As stated in the initial report, the burglars made off with $20,000, £4,000, €3,000, and 5,000 AED.
