Shaista Lodhi is a Pakistani host and actress. She was born in Karachi on November 20th year 1977. She is an MBBS doctor. She completed her degree in 2000 from Jinnah Medical University. Besides being a doctor, she had interests in acting and hosting. So that is when she decided to start her career as a VJ in 2001. Shaista worked so well that she was instantly offered a hosting position for a private TV firm. She started hosting “Good Morning Pakistan” which aired on Ary Digital. Further, she joined the Geo TV network for a morning show called “Utho Jago Pakistan”, but at the end of September 2010, she was fired by the channel administration in the case of blasphemy on a live tv show.
Shaista left Pakistan and moved to South Africa with her three children in 2010 and came back after five long years and made her come back in a morning show again named “Sitare Ki Subha” on Hum Sitare. Again she went back to Geo to host a show Geo Subha Pakistan. Currently, she is working in a show on PTV Home where she replaced Nadia Khan.
Shaista got married to Waqar Wahidi in 1999 but unfortunately, the marriage ended up drastically in 2012. She remarried in 2015 a Pakistani auctioneer in South Africa named Adnan Lodhi. the couple is happily living a fine life.
Lately, she was seen in a red outfit that was worn by her during Eid festivities. Shaista wore a blood red exquisite floor-length frock by the brand Iznik fashion. She was definitely donning the look. And what a remarkable setup was in her photos which she posted on her official Instagram account. A floral background and a beautiful frock worn by a beautiful Shaista, what a combination, we loved it!! Her fans also loved her look and wished her Eid also in the comments section.
