Zara Tareen is a multi-talented Pakistani individual who has made a name for herself as an actress, model, host, & photographer. Her acting skills have impressed many, as she has played supporting roles in various Pakistani dramas. Despite having appeared in only a few dramas, she has managed to gather a significant following on her Instagram account.
It may come as a surprise to some, but Zara Tareen is actually the sister of well-known Pakistani actress and model, Hira Tareen. Recently, Zara made headlines for her marriage to American actor Faran Tahir, which took place in Lahore on November 6th, 2021. Faran Tahir hails from an artistic family himself, being born in Los Angeles to veteran actor Naeem Tahir. Furthermore, his grandparents were none other than writers Imtiaz Ali Taj and Hijab Imtiaz Ali.
On the other side, there have been reports circulating on social media that Zara Tareen’s marriage to Faran Tahir did not stand the test of time, and the couple has unfortunately gotten a divorce. This news was confirmed by popular Pakistani blogger, Irfan, on his Instagram account. In his caption, Irfan said that due to personal issues, the marriage was not able to last long, resulting in the couple going their separate ways. It is noteworthy that only a year and a half had passed since their wedding.
It’s worth mentioning that Faran Tahir’s marriage to Zara Tareen was actually his third marriage. Prior to tying the knot with Zara, he was married to Marie Tahir, with whom he shares a daughter named Lina Tahir & a son.
